A few important things before you begin…

If you are seeking course credit in multiple states, we recommend purchasing a course with the most credit hours (Texas).

Our education courses have been approved for continuing education credit in Alabama, Arizona (for Arizona Process Servers), Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas

Some courses provide video content to provide an engaging learning environment. There are no books, printing materials, or additional fees. Take your course, take the test, and download and print your certificate.

You have one (1) year from purchase date to complete your course. Once you complete your course, you have access to the system for 3 months (120 days).

Refund Policy: We do not offer a refund of any kind if you have completed your online course and received a certificate.

The following are the Texas statutes regarding continuing education as posted by the licensing authority:

Texas Private Investigator Licensee Renewals and Continuing Education Requirements: TITLE 37 PART 1 CHAPTER 35 SUBCHAPTER S CONTINUING EDUCATION RULE §35.291

Mandatory Continuing Education Course: (3) Private investigators and managers of Class A and Class C licenses with more than fifteen (15) years of continued registration as a private investigator or manager of a Class A or Class C license shall complete a total of twelve (12) hours of continuing education, eight (8) hours of which must be in subject matter that relates to the type of registration held, two (2) hours of which must be over ethics, and two (2) hours of which must involve the review of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702, and the Board’s Administrative Rules, Tex. Admin. Code, 37 TAC 35. Private Investigators and managers of Class A and Class C licenses with less than fifteen (15) years of continued registration as a private investigator or manager of a Class A or Class C license shall complete a total of eighteen (18) hours of continuing education, fourteen (14) of which must be in subject matter that relates to the type of registration held, two (2) hours of which must be over ethics, and two (2) hours of which must involve the review of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702 and the Board’s Administrative Rules, Tex. Admin. Code, 37 TAC 35.
